From 1975 through 1983 I worked for a civil engineering firm, a paving/grading and underground company and a building/development company. I performed field survey duties, general labor duties, operated heavy equipment such as large excavators, Scrapers, loaders, rollers and other paving related equipment. I performed all duties as a job site superintendent for the construction of approximately two hundred single family homes and one hundred multifamily units.
From 1983 through 1998 I licensed a Stockton based building/development company where I managed the construction division. During this time I built approximately four hundred single family homes, several commercial buildings and five auto dealerships. I processed several subdivision maps, performed residential sales and commercial leasing in three individual projects.
From 1998 through 2000 I served as a project manager for a Modesto based building/development Company. During that period I completed three projects consisting of approximately one hundred and seventy five single family homes.
From 2000 through 2008 I owned and operated a California based production home building company which during that period had developed several subdivisions and combined with its fee building accounts constructed over eight hundred single family homes.
