Identify the extent of damage
Review insurance policy and provide recommendations
Assist in collection of insurance proceeds to begin reconstruction
Meet with local planning department regarding reconstruction procedures
Assist in obtaining parcel history, permit history, and archived plans (if available)
Meet with governing officials regarding level of architectural design review required for reconstruction
Coordinate architectural, structural engineering and plan development process required for reconstruction
Consult with Architects and Design Boards to insure plans comply with design review requirements
Coordinate Storm Water Management Program (SWMP) and erosion control procedures when applicable
Assist with property tax reassessment during re-build period
Provide general assistance in recovering lost or damaged vital records and official documents
